Cruise and Excursion Reservations:
Please read our travel conditions carefully before making your booking. Any booking implies acceptance of these conditions.
Prices are indicated according to the season, the program, the price of air tickets and, where applicable, the category of hotels/cruises.
A deposit of €600 per person is required at the time of booking to confirm and guarantee your cruise or excursion reservation. This amount can be transferred to Nooraya Egypt's bank account following the invoice. The balance must be paid in full 4 weeks before the departure date.
A special rate applies to children under 12 and families of 3 or more. Please contact us for more information. Children over 12 must pay the full price.
Nooraya is not responsible for delays occurring before departure or during the tour or cruise if these are caused by technical problems, strikes, bad weather, Covid, or any other cause beyond our control. Delays due to weather or traffic may alter the tour itinerary. These alterations are not subject to refund.
No refunds will be given for non-use of the services included in the trip. Change of hotel or accommodation: We reserve the right to change hotels or accommodation at any time while ensuring a hotel or accommodation of the same category.
Passengers must ensure that they are in possession of a valid travel document (passport or identity card) at the time of departure and valid for 6 months after the expected return date.
We will do everything in our power to ensure that the cruise or excursion takes place according to the established agreements. However, in certain circumstances, we do not have direct control over the services offered by the suppliers and we cannot guarantee for omissions or errors that may be made by said suppliers.
If you're taking part in one of our cruises, our divemaster will give you all the necessary safety instructions for snorkeling and diving in the Red Sea at the beginning of your trip. Following this briefing, you'll be asked to sign a waiver.
All cancellations must be notified to us in writing before the departure date. Cancellation fees will be applied based on a percentage of the total tour price, i.e. 60% if the cancellation is made at least three weeks before departure and 50% if the cancellation occurs more than one month before the departure date. If you cancel less than three weeks before your departure, no amount will be refunded. Similarly, if the reason for your cancellation is due to a change in flight schedule by the Tour Operator, no refund will be granted.
The price of the cruise or excursion does not include the price of the entry visa and/or any other travel document, telephone calls, laundry service or any other service of a personal nature that is not indicated in the itinerary presented to you.
The booking price includes one piece of luggage if your booking includes a flight. Nooraya Egypt is not responsible for loss or damage to passengers' luggage or any other personal belongings. It is recommended to purchase baggage insurance.
Please specify if you have any special requests at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate them but cannot always guarantee that they will be granted.
Please also mention at the time of booking if your medical condition requires special or life-saving treatments and/or medications.
